Who am I?
My name is Kati and I am a finnish girl.
Grown up on the border of Finland and Russia, I have a strong Karelian heritage influenced by the cuisines from both sides.
I have worked through my passion from Mediterranean, Italian, French to South East Asian, Chinese, Finnish, Nordic to Modern Australian Cuisine and so many other in between.
